- Organize and maintain both digital and physical files to ensure easy retrieval.
- Ensure strict confidentiality and compliance with data privacy regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and support staff during night shifts.
- Assist in streamlining data collection processes to improve overall efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a similar role.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
