- Review and proofread entered data for errors and inconsistencies, making necessary corrections immediately.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive client and company information.
- Organize and digitize physical documents, ensuring proper categorization and filing.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to clarify data requirements.
- Assist in the maintenance of inventory records and tracking systems.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
