Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues.
- Manage and respond to helpdesk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new user devices and applications.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Conduct basic network diagnostics and connectivity troubleshooting.
Qualifications

- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Mac), and networking concepts.
