Your Mission:
As our new Entry Level Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless technical experiences and building lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, first-contact resolution for technical inquiries via chat and email.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues for remote users.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our ticketing system accurately.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and updating internal knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).
- Must reside in the Louisville, KY area (for in-person team events) or be willing to work fully remote.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
