Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize equipment inventory systems remotely using our proprietary software platform
- Coordinate logistics for equipment deployment, maintenance, and returns across multiple sites
- Analyze equipment performance data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
- Train clients on equipment usage and troubleshooting via virtual sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new equipment protocols
- Generate detailed reports on equipment utilization and lifecycle management
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in equipment management, logistics, or technical operations
- Proficiency with inventory management software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Strong analytical skills with data interpretation experience
- Excellent remote communication and presentation abilities
- Problem-solving mindset for equipment-related challenges
- Certification in Six Sigma or ISO 9001 preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
