Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain remote equipment systems
- Provide 24/7 technical support for clients across multiple states
- Document service activities using our proprietary CRM platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
- Conduct equipment diagnostics and preventive maintenance
- Train clients on new equipment functionality
Qualifications
- 3+ years of equipment maintenance or technical support experience
- Proficiency with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
