Responsibilities
- Remotely diagnose and troubleshoot medical equipment issues via secure connection
- Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment using company-provided tools
- Document service reports and equipment status in digital tracking systems
- Coordinate with local technicians for complex on-site repairs when required
- Train clients on equipment operation and safety protocols via video conference
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend optimization strategies
- Collaborate with R&D team to provide field feedback for product improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in biomedical technology or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of equipment maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and virtual collaboration platforms
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Houston metro area (10% time)
- Strong troubleshooting skills with mechanical and electronic systems
