Qualifications
- 2+ years of technical support experience with equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
- Must be located in Virginia Beach, VA or Texas
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
