Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain remote monitoring equipment at client sites
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues via remote access tools
- Document all service activities in company CRM system
- Collaborate with field technicians for complex on-site support

- Train clients on equipment operation and troubleshooting
- Maintain inventory of assigned equipment and supplies
Qualifications
- 2+ years technical support or equipment maintenance experience
