Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain provided diagnostic tools, test equipment, and monitoring systems
- Provide remote and on-site technical support for industrial machinery and IT infrastructure
- Document service activities using our proprietary tracking software and maintain accurate logs
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless operational continuity
- Perform routine equipment calibration and preventative maintenance tasks
- Respond to emergency alerts and resolve technical issues within SLA timelines
- Train junior staff on equipment protocols and troubleshooting procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years experience in technical support or industrial maintenance
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools and test equipment (all provided)
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work autonomously
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site calls
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in varying environmental conditions
