Responsibilities
- Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot remote equipment systems including laptops, VR headsets, and IoT devices
- Provide real-time technical support to clients via video conferencing and remote access tools
- Document equipment status, maintenance logs, and performance metrics in our CRM system
- Coordinate with logistics team for equipment shipping, returns, and replacements
- Train clients on proper equipment usage and security protocols
- Identify and escalate technical trends to improve equipment performance
- Adhere to strict cybersecurity standards for remote operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in remote technical support or equipment maintenance
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS, networking fundamentals, and diagnostic tools
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for virtual client interactions
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware/software issues independently
- Valid driver's license for occasional equipment pickups (within Texas)
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
- CompTIA A+ certification or equivalent technical certification preferred
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
