Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex equipment issues remotely using provided diagnostic software and tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical escalations within SLAs
- Document service procedures and equipment maintenance logs in our CRM system
- Conduct virtual training sessions for clients on proper equipment operation
- Analyze performance data to recommend preventive maintenance improvements
- Coordinate with field technicians for on-site interventions when required
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or technical support
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic tools and virtual collaboration platforms
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and equipment manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills with root cause analysis experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or manufacturer-specific)
- Must have dedicated home office space with reliable high-speed internet
