Responsibilities

- Provide real-time technical support to field technicians and clients via video conferencing and remote access
- Develop and maintain digital maintenance documentation and equipment performance reports
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex equipment issues and implement preventative solutions
- Train clients on new equipment features and maintenance protocols through virtual workshops
- Analyze operational data to identify trends and recommend equipment optimization strategies
- Manage remote equipment inventory and coordinate logistics for specialized replacement parts
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in equipment maintenance or industrial diagnostics
- Proficiency with remote diagnostic software and virtual collaboration tools
- Certification in industrial equipment maintenance (e.g., CMRP, CLEMT) preferred
