Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain remote industrial equipment via digital diagnostics
- Provide 24/7 technical support through our proprietary remote monitoring platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex equipment failures
- Document maintenance activities and update digital asset management systems
- Train clients on remote equipment operation and troubleshooting protocols
- Conduct regular equipment performance audits via remote access tools
- Recommend system upgrades to optimize operational efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of industrial equipment maintenance experience
- Proficiency in remote diagnostic tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)

- OSHA certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Excellent problem-solving skills under urgent timelines
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
