Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions remotely via digital tools
- Perform preventive maintenance schedules using provided diagnostic kits
- Document technical issues and resolutions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with engineering teams for complex problem-solving
- Train clients on equipment operation via virtual sessions
- Monitor equipment performance through IoT sensors
- Coordinate field service dispatch when required
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical maintenance experience
- Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling
- Proficiency with diagnostic software and virtual tools
- Strong troubleshooting skills for mechanical/electrical systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- OSHA 10-hour safety certification
- Weekly availability for 40 hours
