Responsibilities
- Install, calibrate, and maintain remote medical equipment via virtual diagnostics
- Provide real-time technical support to healthcare providers across 15 states
- Document service activities using proprietary CRM and reporting systems
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve complex equipment issues
- Conduct virtual training sessions for healthcare staff on equipment usage
- Monitor equipment performance metrics and recommend preventative maintenance
- Stay current with FDA regulations and industry best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in medical equipment repair or telehealth technology
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent technical certification required
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex systems remotely
- Strong communication skills with healthcare professionals
- Experience with HIPAA-compliant systems and data security
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits (equipment provided)
