Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain remote hardware/software systems
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues via remote support tools
- Document equipment inventory and maintenance activities
- Train clients on equipment usage and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical problems
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
- Provide real-time technical support during critical operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical support experience in remote/hybrid environments
- Proficiency in networking, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity
- Strong diagnostic skills with ability to resolve issues independently
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Valid Ohio driver's license for occasional on-site visits
