Responsibilities
- Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of industrial equipment
- Conduct virtual equipment maintenance and calibration sessions
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients via video calls
- Document maintenance activities and prepare detailed reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues
- Train clients on equipment operation and best practices
- Monitor equipment performance using IoT monitoring platforms
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Electronics or Technical Engineering
- 3+ years of equipment maintenance experience
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with remote support tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license (for occasional on-site visits)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with industrial IoT systems preferred
