Responsibilities
- Monitor and coordinate equipment logistics across Florida and Georgia operations
- Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting using provided monitoring tools
- Manage inventory databases and maintenance schedules via proprietary software
- Collaborate with field teams to resolve equipment issues within SLAs
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize asset utilization and reduce downtime
- Document processes and update technical documentation for remote workflows
- Coordinate vendor relationships for equipment servicing and replacements
Qualifications
- 3+ years in equipment management, logistics, or technical support
- Proficiency with inventory management software and remote monitoring tools
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Certification in asset management or logistics preferred (e.g., CMRP, CPIM)
- Experience with CRM and ticketing systems (e.g., Salesforce, Jira)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
