- Identify process improvements to enhance weekend efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of contact for escalated customer inquiries.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations management or customer support (3+ years preferred).

- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
