Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable remote workflow systems across multiple departments
- Lead cross-functional virtual teams with asynchronous and synchronous collaboration
- Optimize digital processes using automation tools (Zapier, Airtable)
- Analyze operational metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with remote work security protocols (ISO 27001)
- Coordinate with Texas-based stakeholders for regional alignment
- Document and disseminate best practices for distributed teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years managing remote/distributed teams
- Expertise in SaaS operations tools (Slack, Asana, Monday.com)
- Proven track record of improving KPIs by 30%+
- Strong analytical skills with data visualization experience
- Excellent written communication for virtual environments
- Ability to work flexible hours including US Central Time coverage
- Texas residency preferred (Ohio candidates also considered)
