Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via remote tools
- Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure) and security protocols
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for client self-service
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects and system upgrades
- Monitor system health and proactively address security vulnerabilities
- Train clients on new technologies and best practices
- Lead incident response during critical outages
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in remote IT support with cloud service exposure
- CompTIA Security+ and AWS/Azure certifications required
- Expertise in Windows/macOS troubleshooting and networking
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills
- Experience with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow)
- Ability to work independently across time zones
