Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain virtual IT infrastructure across 500+ endpoints
- Resolve Tier 3 technical issues via remote support tools (TeamViewer, Splashtop)
- Implement cybersecurity protocols including VPN, MFA, and endpoint protection
- Collaborate with global teams on cloud migration projects (AWS/Azure)
- Document SOPs and create knowledge base articles for remote team use
- Conduct quarterly hardware refreshes using provided equipment inventory system
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in remote IT infrastructure management
- Expertise in Windows Server 2019+ and Active Directory
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent cybersecurity certification
- Proven experience with remote support tools (Zoho ManageEngine, ConnectWise)
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and SaaS platforms
- Ability to work independently across time zones
- Strong written communication skills for documentation and team collaboration
