Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support via phone, chat, and video conferencing
- Configure and maintain company-provided hardware/software
- Troubleshoot network, security, and system issues
- Document technical procedures and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT projects
- Monitor system health and performance metrics
- Train users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support or helpdesk role
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification preferred
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk)
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS environments
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
