Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues via remote support tools
- Deploy and configure company-provided hardware/software for new hires
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
- Create detailed documentation for troubleshooting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Provide 24/7 on-call rotation support (1 week/month)
- Maintain strict compliance with data security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS environments and cloud platforms
- Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Virginia driver's license (occasional on-site visits)
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field preferred
