Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support via phone, chat, and video for 500+ employees nationwide
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including OS, network connectivity, and productivity suites
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct security awareness training
- Manage company asset inventory and lifecycle for all provided equipment
- Document solutions in knowledge base and create user training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades and migrations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical certification
- Proficiency in Windows/macOS troubleshooting and cloud services (AWS/GCP)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
- Experience with endpoint management tools (Intune/SCCM)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
