Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software/network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and peripherals
- Assist with software updates and system maintenance
- Document all interactions and resolutions in service desk system
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues

Qualifications

- 2+ years of IT support experience
