Responsibilities
- Provide advanced remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues to employees across the US.
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot company-provided equipment, including laptops, monitors, keyboards, and peripherals.
- Manage software installations, updates, and security patches using remote management tools.
- Assist with password resets, user account management, and access control within Active Directory.
- Collaborate with the network team to troubleshoot connectivity issues and ensure secure remote access.
- Document all technical support cases and maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) is strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems and Office 365 suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
