Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for employees via phone, chat, and video
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues on company-provided equipment Manage ticketing system and maintain accurate documentation
- Deploy and configure virtual workstations securely
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on IT infrastructure projects
- Conduct remote training for new software/hardware
- Monitor system performance and implement security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in Windows/macOS troubleshooting
- Strong knowledge of VPN and remote desktop technologies
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional on-site visits
