As a key member of our IT support team, you'll troubleshoot hardware/software issues, manage virtual infrastructure, and ensure seamless digital experiences for our clients. Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues via phone, chat, and email
- Configure and deploy provided IT equipment (laptops, monitors, peripherals) to remote employees
- Monitor and maintain virtual infrastructure including VPN connections and cloud services
- Document all support tickets, solutions, and inventory updates in our CRM system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical escalations
- Conduct remote onboarding and training for new hires on provided equipment
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and security protocols
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk roles
- Proficiency with Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft 365 suite
- Strong troubleshooting skills for hardware, network, and software issues
- Experience with remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High-speed home internet connection required
