Responsibilities
- Deliver remote technical support via phone, chat, and video conferencing
- Install, configure, and maintain company-provided hardware/software
- Diagnose and resolve complex system issues using remote access tools
- Create detailed documentation of technical procedures and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system improvements
- Provide cybersecurity guidance and best practices to clients
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in remote desktop tools (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.)
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid US driver's license and clean background check
