Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware/software issues via phone, chat, and remote access
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot network systems and security protocols
- Document all technical procedures and maintain accurate ticket logs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex IT challenges
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and implement preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments
