Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional remote technical support via ticketing systems and video chat
- Configure and maintain company-provided hardware/software systems
- Implement cybersecurity protocols for remote work environments
- Document troubleshooting procedures and knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams using virtual communication tools
- Proactively monitor system health and resolve performance issues
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification required
- Expertise in Windows/macOS and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong written communication skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to troubleshoot network and hardware issues independently
- Experience with remote monitoring tools like TeamViewer or AnyDesk
