Responsibilities
- Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot company-provided hardware and software for remote employees.
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support via phone, chat, and remote desktop tools.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols in Active Directory.
- Install and update operating systems and office productivity suites.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with the IT infrastructure team to improve remote connectivity and security.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers and follow through to resolution.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Support, Help Desk, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency with remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk) and ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow).
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 ecosystem.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and basic hardware troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
