Responsibilities
- Architect and develop robust, scalable front-end and back-end solutions using modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to define, design, and ship new features.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize application performance, and ensure system reliability.

- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, and Node.js.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, database management (SQL/NoSQL), and authentication protocols.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a distributed, remote environment.
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
