Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2-3 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop for diverse client systems
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues including network connectivity, OS conflicts, and security vulnerabilities
- Document all support cases using CRM tools with detailed resolution steps and preventive measures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades and security patches
- Conduct remote user training on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential infrastructure risks
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in remote IT support or helpdesk environments
- Expertise in Windows/macOS troubleshooting, Active Directory, and cloud services (Azure/O365)
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent technical credentials
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Zendesk) and remote access tools
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
