Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and chat for employees across multiple locations
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network components
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, procedures, and solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technology solutions
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential security vulnerabilities
- Train employees on new technologies and best practices for IT security
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux operating systems
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and SaaS applications
- Certification in CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar technical certification
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in remote settings
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow) and ITIL methodologies
