Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support via phone, email, and remote access tools for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical problems for our diverse client base.
- Ensure all IT equipment (laptops, printers, peripherals) is configured and maintained correctly.
- Document all support tickets and interactions in our CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the central support team to escalate and resolve Tier 2 issues.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy during every customer interaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science or IT preferred.
- Previous experience in Help Desk, IT Support, or Customer Service is required.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work the weekend shift (Saturday and Sunday).
