Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for cloud infrastructure and SaaS applications
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Implement cybersecurity protocols and conduct vulnerability assessments
- Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with KC-based clients to optimize system performance
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years in IT support with remote work experience
- CompTIA Network+ or AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Active Directory administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills for VPN/RDP connectivity issues
- Experience with ticketing systems (Zendesk/Jira)
- Excellent written communication for client documentation
