Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for Windows/macOS systems and cloud applications
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues via VPN and remote desktop
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security protocols
- Document IT procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system upgrades
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
- Train end-users on new technologies and best practices
Qualifications
- 3+ years of IT support experience with remote work proficiency
- CompTIA A+/Network+ certification or equivalent expertise
- Strong knowledge of Azure, Office 365, and endpoint security tools
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow, Jira)
- Valid driver's license for occasional on-site visits
