Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues via remote support channels
- Manage Active Directory, VPN configurations, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols for remote work environments
- Document technical procedures in knowledge base systems
- Train end-users on new software implementations
- Collaborate with vendors for hardware/software procurement
- Monitor system performance and proactively address vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of remote IT support experience
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure and Office 365 administration
- Strong diagnostic skills for Windows/macOS environments
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Illinois residency required for state compliance
