Responsibilities
- Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues

- Train users on new technologies and best practices
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential problems
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification required
- Proficiency in Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems
- Strong knowledge of network protocols and security principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience with remote desktop tools and ticketing systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (occasional on-site visits)
