- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new workstations and software
- Collaborate with senior technicians on complex troubleshooting cases
- Conduct routine system updates and security patches remotely
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and training materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred (CompTIA A+, Google IT Support)
- Basic understanding of Windows/macOS operating systems and networking fundamentals
