- Perform quality assurance reviews for grammar, clarity, and medical terminology
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining 99%+ accuracy
- Collaborate with editors and quality assurance teams
- Utilize digital transcription platforms and EHR systems
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years medical transcription experience
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy
- Typing speed of 85+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with EHR systems (Epic, Cerner preferred)
- High-speed internet connection and quiet home office
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Professional certification (CMT or RHIT) preferred
