- Ensure 98.5% accuracy in medical terminology and formatting
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance protocols for patient data security
- Utilize EHR systems (Epic/Cerner) for documentation management
- Meet daily productivity targets (1,500 lines/day)
- Collaborate with QA team for quality assurance reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years medical transcription experience
- CMT/RHIT certification preferred
- Exceptional typing speed (85+ WPM) and accuracy
- Proficiency in medical terminology (anatomy/pathophysiology)
