Responsibilities
- Transcribe medical, legal, and general audio recordings with 98%+ accuracy
- Adhere to strict confidentiality protocols and HIPAA/GDPR compliance standards
- Format documents according to client specifications (MS Word, PDF, etc.)
- Research and clarify specialized terminology using medical/legal references
- Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality standards
- Utilize our proprietary transcription software and digital foot pedals
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in medical terminology (BLS/CMT certification preferred)
- Exceptional typing speed (80+ WPM) with 98%+ accuracy
- Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home office setup
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and audio editing software
- Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced remote environment
- US citizenship or legal residency required
