- Manage turnaround times efficiently while meeting daily/weekly quotas
- Research and resolve unfamiliar terminology through specialized references
- Format documents according to client specifications and style guides
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams for continuous improvement
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years professional transcription experience
- Proficiency in medical/legal terminology or relevant field certification
- Minimum 80 WPM typing speed with exceptional accuracy
- Advanced command of English grammar, punctuation, and style
- Reliable high-speed internet and distraction-free home office
- Expertise in ExpressScribe, Dragon, or similar transcription platforms
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
