- Meet daily/weekly production deadlines consistently
- Proofread transcripts for grammar, spelling, and medical terminology
- Maintain detailed logs of completed assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years medical transcription experience
- Proficiency in English grammar and medical terminology
- Ability to type 85+ WPM with 98% accuracy
- Familiarity with EHR systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner)
- Quiet home office environment with high-speed internet
- Strong time management and self-discipline skills
- Completion of AHDI-approved transcription program preferred
- Reliable foot pedal and noise-canceling headset
