Responsibilities
- Accurately transcribe medical dictation including patient histories, examination notes, and diagnostic reports
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance standards for all patient data handling
- Edit and format transcriptions according to client-specific style guides
- Maintain 98%+ accuracy rate with consistent quality assurance reviews

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years medical transcription experience
- Certified Medical Transcriptionist (CMT) or RHDS credential preferred
