- Meet daily and weekly production quotas and deadlines consistently.
- Communicate effectively with team leads regarding complex dictation or technical issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in medical transcription (2+ years preferred) or equivalent certification.
- Exceptional listening skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Typing speed of at least 60 WPM with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
